Lingo Music Lessons
For the last 6 months, Scott has been my six-year old's piano teacher. Scott's patience, grace, and consistent style have allowed my child to flourish in learning to play the piano. Mr. Lingo's method has proven to be motivational, realistic, and grounded in good teaching practice that sets up the child for success not only in music, but also in other aspects of life which require consistent, incremental work.

I have much gratitude for my dear friend who recommended Scott Lingo as a piano teacher for our daughter Samantha. It has been a privilege and wonderful experience to have him as her music instructor. She continues to develop musically and has learned so much from him over the years. We are grateful for the guidance he has graciously provided for Samantha and his other students. He motivates young people to do their very best. His patience, positivity, encouraging demeanor, and methodical teaching practices are key elements for why his students stay with him once they start lessons. Samantha will be starting her 6 th year of piano and her 2 nd year of guitar. She looks forward not only to her lesson, but to practicing each day. It has been awesome to see how excited she has become about making progress and improving as a musician. Scott teaches the whole child. He builds their self-concept, strengthens their character, and helps each student to develop a strong work ethic. Working with Mr. Lingo has helped Samantha to better understand the meaning of responsibility, accountability, and taking ownership for her learning. I am looking forward to see her grow and improve under the leadership of her wonderful teacher for years to come! She has many more happy musical moments ahead because of Mr. Lingo’s dedication and commitment to educating young people through music! Our whole family is so thankful! He has been a tremendous blessing to his students and their families!
